To return your product, you should email us at info@laraheems.com with proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any return shipment LOST in transit is the responsibility of the customer; Lara Heems London is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
We are not responsible if you have placed an order which has been shipped to a wrong address that the customer has provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All shipments are dispatched within 24 hours to 74 hours, once despatched depending on the carrier time frame it takes up to 3 to 5 working days to be delivered (excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Fees for UK shipments sales under £200 will cost £6.85 tracking via Royal Mail and over £200 will be FREE.
For international shipments, we ship via DHL or ROYAL MAIL , We added this option (ROYAL MAIL)due to the increase in tax with other couriers. This option is the Cheapest option for international however it is NOT recommended by us to use this option as it can take up to 30 days to receive but this can vary.
If you choose this Option ROYAL MAIL INTERNATIONAL ( standard shipping ) we are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. we recommend shipping via DHL.
