Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an EXCHANGE.

PLEASE NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS on our Website, ONLY EXCHANGE (Excluding Earrings)


To be eligible for a return for an EXCHANGE, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be able to exchange the item for the same amount, or if more will pay the difference. 

shipping must be paid by the customer if swamping over for an exchange. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please CONTACT us before making a return. 

We need proof of shipment and receipt once you have sent out the item.

If you are unsure to which item you wish to take upon exchange we can provide a credit note, credit will be valid for 2 years.

Wear and Tear is damage that is naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging, if anything happens to the item we can fix the item for you however there is a cost and they will be NO REFUND for the item if this occurs.

NO Exchanges                                                                                                Earring(s) can not be Exchanged due to hygiene, only the following - bracelet, ring, necklace 

In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our exchange policy. This exclusion arises from a Health and Safety consideration and to prevent the spread of infections. This exclusion is in the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers. 

Please note: if your item arrives with a tag, and if this tag is removed there will be no exchange. ( this is in order to protect that the item has not been worn ) 

Sale items 
Unfortunately sale items cannot be Exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@laraheems.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
